陈京墨二钱朱砂三钱 麝香一钱 小儿胎惊搐。九、小儿胎寒小儿胎寒，指小儿出生后肠胃虚冷，乳食难消，出现腹胀泄泻等证候。《诸病源候论》：“小儿在胎时，其母将养，取冷过度，冷气入胞，伤儿肠胃，故儿生之后，冷气犹在肠胃之间，其状，儿肠胃冷，不能消乳哺，或腹胀，或时谷利，令儿颜色素自巴，时啼者，是胎寒故也。”《幼科释迷》：“芽儿百日内，觉口冷腹痛，身起寒粟，时发战栗，曲足握拳，日夜啼哭不已，或口噤不开，名曰胎寒。"其治疗，当以温中祛寒为原则。 |
