杏仁：为蔷薇科植物杏、野杏、山杏、东北杏的种子。
前胡：伞形科植物白花前胡Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn的干燥根。冬季至次春茎叶枯萎或未抽花茎时采挖，除去须根，洗净，晒干或低温干燥。
麻黄：麻黄科植物草麻黄Ephedra sinica Stapf、中麻黄Ephedra intermedia Schrenk et C．A．Mey．或木贼麻黄Ephedra equisetina Bge．的干燥草质茎。秋季采割绿色的草质茎，晒干。
穿山甲：鲮鲤科动物穿山甲Manis pentadactyla Linnaeus的鳞甲。收集鳞甲，洗净，晒干。
荆芥穗：唇形科植物荆芥Schizonepeta tenuisfolia Briq．的干燥花穗。夏、秋二季花开到顶、穗绿时采摘，除去杂质，晒干。

Indications: 闷疹，皮里隐。

Usage and dosage: 大人作二帖，中人作三帖，小人作四帖。
水煎，温服。取汗。
