蝉蜕：蝉科昆虫黑蚱CryPtotymPana pustulata Fabricius的若虫羽化时脱落的皮壳。夏、秋二季收集，除去泥沙，晒干。
郁金：姜科植物温郁金Curcuma wenyujin Y．H．Chen et C．Ling、姜黄Curcuma longa L．、广西莪术Curcuma kwangsiensis S．G-Lee et C．F．Liang或蓬莪术Curcuma phaeocaulis Val.的干燥块根。前两者分别习称“温郁金” 和“黄丝郁金”，其余按性状不同习称“桂郁金”或“绿丝郁金”。冬季茎叶枯萎后采挖，除去泥沙和细根，蒸或煮至透　　心，干燥。
白附子：天南星科植物独角莲Typhonium giganteum Engl.的干燥块茎。秋季采挖，除去须根和外皮，晒干。

Indications: 惊风天钓。

Usage and dosage: 上为极细末，如脑、麝各少许，炼蜜为
丸。每服皂子大，薄荷冷水送下。
