廑虫：为鳖蠊科动物地鳖或冀地鳖的雌虫全体。
没药：橄榄科植物地丁树Commiphora myrrha Engl．或哈地丁树Commiphora molmol Engl．的干燥树脂。分为天然没药和胶质没药。
血竭：棕榈科植物麒麟竭Daemonorops draco Bl．果实渗出的树脂经加工制成。
自然铜：硫化物类矿物黄铁矿族黄铁矿，主含二硫化铁（FeS2）。采挖后，除去杂石。
大黄：蓼科植物掌叶大黄　　Rheum palmatum L．、唐古特大黄Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf.或药用大黄Rheum officinale Baill.的干燥根和根茎。秋末茎叶枯萎或次春发芽前采挖，除去细根，刮去外皮，切瓣或段，绳穿成串干燥或直接干燥。

Usage and dosage: 用饭为丸，萝卜子大。每服一分，酒下。
