露蜂房：为胡蜂科昆虫黄星长脚黄蜂或多种近缘昆虫的巢。
白附子：天南星科植物独角莲Typhonium giganteum Engl.的干燥块茎。秋季采挖，除去须根和外皮，晒干。
升麻：毛茛科植物大三叶升麻Cimiciufuga heracleifoliaKom．、兴安升麻Cimicifufuga dahurica （Turca）Maxim．或升麻Cimicifuga foetida L的干燥根茎。秋季采挖，除去泥沙，晒至须根干时，燎去或除去须根，晒干。

Indications: 牙齿历蠹，齿根黯黑。

Usage and dosage: 上为细散。加地黄汁一合和匀，阴干，每
用揩齿。
