土鳖虫：为鳖蠊科昆虫地鳖Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker 或冀地鳖Steleophagaplancyi（ Boleny）的雌虫干燥体。
没药：橄榄科植物地丁树Commiphora myrrha Engl．或哈地丁树Commiphora molmol Engl．的干燥树脂。分为天然没药和胶质没药。
当归：伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis（Oliv．）Diels 的干燥根。秋末采挖，除去须根和泥沙，待水分稍蒸发后，捆成小把，上棚，用烟火慢慢熏干。
乳香：橄榄科植物乳香树Boswellia carterii Birdw．及同属植物Boswellia bhaw-dajiana Birdw.树皮渗出的树脂。分为索马里乳香和埃塞俄比亚乳香，每种乳香又分为乳香珠和原乳香。
半夏：天南星科植物半夏Pinellia ternata （Thunb．） Breit．的干燥块茎。夏、秋二季采挖，洗净，除去外皮和须根，晒干。

Indications: 杖打极重，瘀血冲心。

Usage and dosage: 上为细末。服八厘，好酒调下。
