黄柏：芸香科植物黄皮树Phellodendron chinense Schneid.的干燥树皮。习称“川黄柏”。剥取树皮后，除去粗皮，晒干。
白蔹：葡萄科植物白蔹Ampelopsis japonica （Thunb.）Makino的干燥块根。春、秋二季采挖，除去泥沙和细根，切成纵瓣或斜片，晒干。

Indications: 小儿瘰疬成疮，有脓水。

Usage and dosage: 上为细散，都研令匀。每用时先以温盐浆
水洗疮令净，拭干，看疮口大小贴，日二度用之。
