灯心草：灯心草科植物灯心草Juncus effusus L．的干燥茎髓。夏末至秋季割取茎，晒干，取出茎髓，理直，扎成小把。
木通：木通科植物木通Akebia quinata（Thunb．）Decne.、三叶木通Akebia trifoliata （Thunb.） Koidz.或白木通Akebia trifoliata（Thunb.）Koidz.var. australis（ Diels）Rehd.的干燥藤茎。秋季采收，截取茎部，除去细枝，阴干。

Indications: 耳聋。

Usage and dosage: 上相和，烧为灰，细研。每用半钱匕，以生油调，倾入耳中，便用绵子塞耳，且侧卧良久，如此三度。
