防风：伞形科植物防风Sa poshnikovia divaricata（Turcz．）Schischk．的干燥根。春、秋二季采挖未抽花茎植株的根，除去须根和泥沙，晒干。
细辛：马兜铃科植物北细辛Asarum heterotropoides Fr．Schmidt var．mandshuricum（Maxim.）Kitag，、汉城细辛Asarum sieboldii Miq. var. seoulense Nakai或华细辛Asarum sieboldii Miq．的干燥根和根茎。前二种习称“辽细辛”。夏季果熟期或初秋采挖，除净地上部分和泥沙，阴干。
干姜：姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的干燥根茎。冬季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，晒干或低温干燥。趁鲜切片晒干或低温干燥者称为“干姜片”。

Indications: 中风，手足不随，口面喎僻。

Usage and dosage: 上为散。每服半钱，加至一钱匕，食后良
久，温酒调下，日二夜一。未觉效，稍增至一钱
半匕，以效为度。
