益智：姜科植物益智Alpinia oxyphylla Miq．的干燥成熟果实。夏、秋间果实由绿变红时采收，晒干或低温干燥。
甘松：败酱科植物甘松Nardostachys jatamansi DC.的干燥根及根茎。春、秋二季采挖，除去泥沙和杂质，晒干或阴干。
甘草：豆科植物甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.、胀果甘草Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat.或光果甘草Glycyrrhiza glabra L．的干燥根和根茎。春、秋二季采挖，除去须根，晒干。

Indications: 1．《是斋百一选方》：翻胃。2．《普济方》：呕逆。

Usage and dosage: 上为细末，汤浸蒸饼为丸，如小梧桐子
大。每服二十丸至三十丸，细嚼，白汤送下。
