蛤壳：帘蛤科动物文蛤Meretrix meretrix Linnaeus或青蛤Cyclina sinensis Gmelin的贝壳。夏、秋二季捕捞，去肉，洗净，晒干。
防己：防己科植物粉防己Stephania tetrandra S．Moore的干燥根。秋季采挖，洗净，除去粗皮，晒至半干，切段，个大者再纵切，干燥。
木香：菊科植物木香Aucklandia lappa Decne.的干燥根。秋、冬二季采挖，除去泥沙和须根，切段，大的再纵剖成瓣，干燥后撞去粗皮。

Indications: 膀胱积热，小便不通。

Usage and dosage: 上为散。每服二钱匕，浓煎木通汤调下。
