Traditional knowledge – formula	青皮（去瓤）干姜（麸炒）木香（面裹，炮赤）巴豆（净肉，米醋一碗煮干，水洗去油）肉豆蔻（生）槟榔肉桂（去粗皮，不见火）各一两硇砂半两（汤澄，慢火熬如煎盐，纸盖，收飞者）小儿蛔疳；及饮食所伤，呕吐泄泻，腹痛腹胀，霍乱痢疾，急慢惊风。

肉桂：樟科植物肉桂Cinnamonum cassia Presl的干燥树皮。多于秋季剥取，阴干。
青皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticurlata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥幼果或未成熟果实的果皮。5～6月收集自落的幼果，晒干，习称“个青皮”；7～8月采收未成熟的果实，在果　　皮上纵剖成四瓣至基部，除尽瓤瓣，晒干，习称“四花青皮’’。
木香：菊科植物木香Aucklandia lappa Decne.的干燥根。秋、冬二季采挖，除去泥沙和须根，切段，大的再纵剖成瓣，干燥后撞去粗皮。
干姜：姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的干燥根茎。冬季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，晒干或低温干燥。趁鲜切片晒干或低温干燥者称为“干姜片”。

Indications: 小儿蛔疳；及饮食所伤，呕吐泄泻，腹痛腹胀，霍乱痢疾，急慢惊风。

Usage and dosage: 上为细末，面糊为丸，如梧桐子大，朱砂
为衣。空心服一至三丸，欲消食，食后服；酒食
伤，诸般积，胸膈不快，或腹痛，姜汤送下；中
酒，葱姜汤送下；心痛，炒姜汤送下；妇人血气，
当归酒送下；泻肚，陈米饮送下；赤痢，甘草汤
送下；白痢，干姜汤送下；脾泄泻，煨姜一块细
嚼，汤咽；心腹胀满，浑身倦怠，温酒送下；转
筋霍乱，紫苏、藿香汤送下；中毒药，五倍子、
雄黄汤送下；大小便不通，桐木根汤送下；吐逆，
檀香汤送下；膈上食毒虚痰，姜、蜜酒送下；头
风，腊茶清送下；小儿急慢惊风，金银薄菏汤送
下；疳蛔，石榴汤送下。
