藜芦：为百合科植物藜芦、牯岭藜芦、毛穗藜芦、兴安藜芦及毛叶藜芦的根及根茎。
延胡索：为罂粟科植物延胡索的块茎。
白芷：伞形科植物白芷Angelica dahurica（ Fisch. exHoffm.） Benth. et Hook.f．或杭白芷Angalica dahurica（Fisch. ex Hoffm. ）Benth. et Hook.f. var. formosana （Boiss.）Shan et Yuan的干燥根。夏、秋间叶黄时采挖，除去须根和泥沙，晒干或低温干燥。
川芎：伞形科植物川芎Ligustium chuanxiong Hort.的干燥根茎。夏季当茎上的节盘显著突出，并略带紫色时采挖，除去泥沙，晒后烘干，再去须根。

Indications: 伤寒、伤风，头目不清。

Usage and dosage: 上为细末。每用少许，以竹管吹入两鼻
孔，即饮生葱、热茶取汗。
