白芥子：为十字花科植物白芥 Sinapis alba L. 的种子。
酸枣仁：鼠李科植物酸枣Ziziphus jujuba Mill. var.spinosa （Bunge） Hu ex H.F．Chou的干燥成熟种子。秋末冬初采收成熟果实，除去果肉和核壳，收集种子，晒干。
肉桂：樟科植物肉桂Cinnamonum cassia Presl的干燥树皮。多于秋季剥取，阴干。
当归：伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis（Oliv．）Diels 的干燥根。秋末采挖，除去须根和泥沙，待水分稍蒸发后，捆成小把，上棚，用烟火慢慢熏干。
山茱萸：山茱萸科植物山茱萸Cornus offcinalis Sieb. et Zucc．的干燥成熟果肉。秋末冬初果皮变红时采收果实，用文火烘或置沸水中略烫后，及时除去果核，干燥。

Indications: 少阳胆虚，肝木之衰，肾水不足，胆怯不敢见人。

Usage and dosage: 水煎服。
