Traditional knowledge – formula	肉豆蔻三枚（去壳，以大麦面用水和如饼剂子，裹豆蔻于灰火内煨，面黄熟为度，放冷取出豆蔻，别研为末）黄连半两（去须）木香半两虚劳久痢，腹内疼痛不可忍者。

大麦：为禾本科植物大麦的颖果。
黄连：毛茛科植物黄连Coptis chinensis Franch.、三角叶黄连Coptis deltoidea C．Y．Cheng et Hsiao或云连Coptis teeta Wall.的干燥根茎。以上三种分别习称“味连”、“雅连”、“云连”。秋季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，干燥，撞去残留须根。
豆蔻：姜科植物白豆蔻Amomum kravanh Pierre ex Gagnep．或爪哇白豆蔻Amomum compactum Soland ex Maton的干燥成熟果实。按产地不同分为“原豆蔻”和“印尼白蔻”。
木香：菊科植物木香Aucklandia lappa Decne.的干燥根。秋、冬二季采挖，除去泥沙和须根，切段，大的再纵剖成瓣，干燥后撞去粗皮。

Indications: 虚劳久痢，腹内疼痛不可忍者。

Usage and dosage: 上药除豆蔻外，为散。每服二钱，以水一
中盏，煎至五分，去滓。调下豆蔻末一钱，不拘
时候。
