粳米：为禾本科植物稻（粳稻）去壳的种仁。
黄连：毛茛科植物黄连Coptis chinensis Franch.、三角叶黄连Coptis deltoidea C．Y．Cheng et Hsiao或云连Coptis teeta Wall.的干燥根茎。以上三种分别习称“味连”、“雅连”、“云连”。秋季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，干燥，撞去残留须根。
陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。
干漆：漆树科植物漆树Toxicodendron vernicifluum（ Stokes）F．A．Barkl.的树脂经加工后的干燥品。一般收集盛漆器具底留下的漆渣，干燥。

Indications: 小儿无辜疳。

Usage and dosage: 上为末，猪胆汁煮面糊为丸，如小豆大。
每服七丸，米饮送下，不拘时候。
