桔梗：桔梗科植物桔梗Platycodon grandiflorum （Jacq．）A．DC．的干燥根。春、秋二季采挖，洗净，除去须根，趁鲜剥去外皮或不去外皮，干燥。
枳实：芸香科植物酸橙Citrus aurantium L.及其栽培变种或甜橙Citrus sznensis Osbeck的干燥幼果。 5～6月收集自落的果实，除去杂质，自中部横切为两半，晒干或低温干燥，较小者直接晒干或低温干燥。
大黄：蓼科植物掌叶大黄　　Rheum palmatum L．、唐古特大黄Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf.或药用大黄Rheum officinale Baill.的干燥根和根茎。秋末茎叶枯萎或次春发芽前采挖，除去细根，刮去外皮，切瓣或段，绳穿成串干燥或直接干燥。

Indications: 1．《云岐子保命集》：天行时疾，内伤饮食，心下痞闷。2．《普济方》：脾积内伤，米谷不化。

Usage and dosage: 上为细末，烧饼为丸，如梧桐子大。每
服三五十丸，食后温水送下。如常服十丸二十丸
甚妙。
