防风：伞形科植物防风Sa poshnikovia divaricata（Turcz．）Schischk．的干燥根。春、秋二季采挖未抽花茎植株的根，除去须根和泥沙，晒干。
苦参：豆科植物苦参Sophora flavescens Ait．的干燥根。春、秋二季采挖，除去根头和小支根，洗净，干燥，或趁鲜切片，干燥。
天麻：兰科植物天麻Gastrodia elata Bl．的干燥块茎。立冬后至次年清明前采挖，立即洗净，蒸透，敞开低温干燥。

Indications: 大风、毛脱落、肌肤拆裂。

Usage and dosage: 上锉。水煎，早、晚各一服。
