黑牵牛：为石竹科植物腺花女娄菜的根。
草乌：毛茛科植物北乌头Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb．的干燥块根。秋季茎叶枯萎时采挖，除去须根和泥沙，干燥。
甘草：豆科植物甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.、胀果甘草Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat.或光果甘草Glycyrrhiza glabra L．的干燥根和根茎。春、秋二季采挖，除去须根，晒干。

Indications: 诸风疼痛。

Usage and dosage: 上为末，入麝香一钱和匀，酒糊为丸，如
梧桐子大。每服二十丸，温酒送下，不拘时候。
