矮脚罗伞：为紫金牛科植物雪下红的茎叶或全草。
猪牙皂：豆科植物皂荚Gleditsia sinensis Lam.的干燥不育果实。秋季采收，除去杂质，干燥。
细辛：马兜铃科植物北细辛Asarum heterotropoides Fr．Schmidt var．mandshuricum（Maxim.）Kitag，、汉城细辛Asarum sieboldii Miq. var. seoulense Nakai或华细辛Asarum sieboldii Miq．的干燥根和根茎。前二种习称“辽细辛”。夏季果熟期或初秋采挖，除净地上部分和泥沙，阴干。
白芷：伞形科植物白芷Angelica dahurica（ Fisch. exHoffm.） Benth. et Hook.f．或杭白芷Angalica dahurica（Fisch. ex Hoffm. ）Benth. et Hook.f. var. formosana （Boiss.）Shan et Yuan的干燥根。夏、秋间叶黄时采挖，除去须根和泥沙，晒干或低温干燥。

Indications: 一切头痛。

Usage and dosage: 用茶汤煎七分，食后服。
