紫苏叶：唇形科植物紫苏Perilla frutescens（L．）Britt．的干燥叶（或带嫩枝）。夏季枝叶茂盛时采收，除去杂质，晒干。
荆芥穗：唇形科植物荆芥Schizonepeta tenuisfolia Briq．的干燥花穗。夏、秋二季花开到顶、穗绿时采摘，除去杂质，晒干。
甘草：豆科植物甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.、胀果甘草Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat.或光果甘草Glycyrrhiza glabra L．的干燥根和根茎。春、秋二季采挖，除去须根，晒干。
天花粉：葫芦科植物栝楼Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim．或双边栝楼Trichosanthes rosthornii Harms的干燥根。秋、冬二季采挖，洗净，除去外皮，切段或纵剖成瓣，干燥。

Indications: 头昏目眩，鼻塞咽干，心胸烦闷，精神不爽。

Usage and dosage: 上为末。每服一钱，食后沸汤点服。
