Traditional knowledge – formula	大黄一两（纸裹煨）白牵牛半两（生）黑牵牛（微炒）甘遂各半两槟榔三钱（生）轻粉一钱一切燥结，汗后余热，宣转不通；小肠气结，心腹满，胸中结痞，走疰疼痛。

黑牵牛：为石竹科植物腺花女娄菜的根。
牵牛子：旋花科植物裂叶牵牛Pharbitis nil （L．）Choisy或圆叶牵牛Pharbitis purpurea （L.）Voigt的干燥成熟种子。秋末果实成熟、果壳未开裂时采割植株，晒干，打下种子，除去杂质。
甘遂：大戟科植物甘遂Euphorbia kansui T．N. Liou ex T．P．Wang的干燥块根。春季开花前或秋末茎叶枯萎后采挖，撞去外皮，晒干。
大黄：蓼科植物掌叶大黄　　Rheum palmatum L．、唐古特大黄Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf.或药用大黄Rheum officinale Baill.的干燥根和根茎。秋末茎叶枯萎或次春发芽前采挖，除去细根，刮去外皮，切瓣或段，绳穿成串干燥或直接干燥。

Indications: 一切燥结，汗后余热，宣转不通；小肠气结，心腹满，胸中结痞，走疰疼痛。

Usage and dosage: 上为细末。每服一钱，蜜水调下。
