杏仁：为蔷薇科植物杏、野杏、山杏、东北杏的种子。
大黄：蓼科植物掌叶大黄　　Rheum palmatum L．、唐古特大黄Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf.或药用大黄Rheum officinale Baill.的干燥根和根茎。秋末茎叶枯萎或次春发芽前采挖，除去细根，刮去外皮，切瓣或段，绳穿成串干燥或直接干燥。

Indications: 肠胃受热，瘕聚沉伏，大便秘涩。

Usage and dosage: 上为末，炼蜜为丸，如弹子大。每服一
丸，以水一盏，煎取六分，温服。
