凤凰衣（ 炒） 手指甲（ 炒） 共二钱 蝉脱（ 去头足） 胎发（ 烧） 各三钱 麝香三分 眼疳。疹后因潮不尽，热毒上攻于目，其证有五：入肝，两目迎风流泪，怕日羞明；入肺，白睛赤肿，胬肉攀睛；入心，两眦翻花，赤肿溃烂；入肾，瞳神内陷，视物不见；如脾，胞肿如桃，外囊瘀赤者。 |
