乌头：为毛茛科乌头属植物乌头Aconitum carmichaeli Debx. 的干燥块根（母根）。四川栽培的乌头称川乌或川乌头。
益智：姜科植物益智Alpinia oxyphylla Miq．的干燥成熟果实。夏、秋间果实由绿变红时采收，晒干或低温干燥。
威灵仙：毛茛科植物威灵仙Clematis chinensis Osbeck、棉团铁线莲Clematis hexapetala Pall．或东北铁线莲Clematis manshurica Rupr．的干燥根和根茎。秋季采挖，除去泥沙，晒干。
青皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticurlata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥幼果或未成熟果实的果皮。5～6月收集自落的幼果，晒干，习称“个青皮”；7～8月采收未成熟的果实，在果　　皮上纵剖成四瓣至基部，除尽瓤瓣，晒干，习称“四花青皮’’。

Indications: 痼冷在内，阴气交攻，心痛如刺。

Usage and dosage: 上锉，如麻豆大。每服三钱，水一盏，
加生姜三片，盐少许，煎至六分，去滓，食前温
服．一日三次。
