蜣螂：为金龟子科动物屎壳螂的全虫。
威灵仙：毛茛科植物威灵仙Clematis chinensis Osbeck、棉团铁线莲Clematis hexapetala Pall．或东北铁线莲Clematis manshurica Rupr．的干燥根和根茎。秋季采挖，除去泥沙，晒干。
天竺黄：禾本科植物青皮竹Bambusa textilis McClure或华思劳竹Schizostachyum chinense Rendle等秆内的分泌液干燥后的块状物。秋、冬二季采收。
天麻：兰科植物天麻Gastrodia elata Bl．的干燥块茎。立冬后至次年清明前采挖，立即洗净，蒸透，敞开低温干燥。

Indications: 小儿风痫发搐。

Usage and dosage: 上为散。每服一字或半钱，乳香汤调下，
量大小加减与服，不拘时候。
