黄柏：芸香科植物黄皮树Phellodendron chinense Schneid.的干燥树皮。习称“川黄柏”。剥取树皮后，除去粗皮，晒干。
连翘：木犀科植物连翘Forsythia suspensa （Thunb．）Vahl的干燥果实。秋季果实初熟尚带绿色时采收，除去杂质，蒸熟，晒干，习称“青翘”；果实熟透时采收，晒干，除去杂质，习称“老翘”。
甘草：豆科植物甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.、胀果甘草Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat.或光果甘草Glycyrrhiza glabra L．的干燥根和根茎。春、秋二季采挖，除去须根，晒干。

Indications: 小儿斑疮入眼。

Usage and dosage: 上为散。每服五岁以下半钱，五岁以上一
钱，用白汤调，放冷，食后服。如眼内有白丁子
者，不日退去。
